1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between kp98 ("kp98", "we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who registers an account on the kp98 platform accessible at kp98.app. By completing the registration process and accepting these Terms, you enter into a binding legal agreement with kp98.

kp98 is an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform. The platform provides cricket betting, football betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing games, and related gaming services to eligible players. All services are provided subject to the terms set out herein and subject to the rules, policies, and guidelines published by kp98 from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

kp98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the kp98 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on kp98, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kp98 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, place a wager, or access any gaming services on the platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of kp98 or any of its affiliated entities, software suppliers, or service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or barred from the kp98 platform or from any other gaming platform operated by kp98 or its affiliates.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain such information throughout your use of the platform.

kp98 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, at first withdrawal, and upon any change to your account details. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kp98 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) account on the kp98 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kp98 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your kp98 username and password;
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying kp98 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Ensuring that your account details, including contact information and payment method details, remain accurate and up to date at all times.

kp98 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. kp98 accounts are personal to the registered account holder. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal with your kp98 account or any funds, bonuses, or winnings held therein. Any attempt to do so will render the account liable to immediate closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

kp98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the player has specifically elected to maintain a USDT balance where that option is made available.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on kp98:

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are as published in the kp98 payment information section within the platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. kp98 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• kp98 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of payment method ownership and proof of source of funds, before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of any such verification.
• Where a player has received a bonus, withdrawals may be subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus portion of the balance.
• kp98 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, transaction fees imposed by your payment provider (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa network fees) are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a kp98 account. Players must contact kp98 support immediately if an erroneous deposit is identified.

kp98 processes withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any additional verification steps required. kp98 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or telecommunications networks.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kp98 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by kp98 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a kp98 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free bets that are not used or wagered within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, slot games, and fishing games may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly allow otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: kp98 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect irregular betting patterns, hedging, arbitrage, and other forms of bonus abuse. Where kp98 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has abused a promotion, kp98 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.
• Eligibility: kp98 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, geographic regions, or account statuses. kp98 may, at its discretion, exclude any player from participating in any promotion.

kp98 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the kp98 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as published within the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on kp98:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the kp98 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where kp98 expressly makes a cash-out or bet-edit function available for that specific market.
• kp98 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, manifest errors in the display of odds or game outcomes, suspected match-fixing or event manipulation, or any event that kp98 determines in its reasonable discretion warrants voiding.
• Maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, and minimum stake amounts are as published within the platform and may vary by sport, market, game, and player account status.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the official result published by the relevant governing body or certified game server log shall be conclusive.
• kp98 live betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided at kp98's discretion.

PSL cricket, ICC tournaments, domestic Pakistan cricket, and international football markets are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published within the kp98 platform. Players are advised to review these rules before placing wagers on any market.

7 Fair Gaming & Integrity

kp98 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer games available on kp98 are certified by independent third-party testing authorities for Random Number Generator (RNG) fairness, return-to-player (RTP) accuracy, and compliance with international gaming standards.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kp98 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus offers or exploit pricing discrepancies in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game, or placing bets with knowledge obtained from any such manipulation;
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gaming.

kp98 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and gaming regulators. Where kp98 has reasonable grounds to suspect that any account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or integrity-compromising purposes, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

kp98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools and resources that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. kp98's Responsible Gaming obligations are a condition of the international gaming license under which the platform operates — they are not optional features.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all kp98 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets or access the casino.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion from the kp98 platform. Self-exclusion is a binding instruction. Once activated, kp98 will close the account and take all reasonable steps to prevent the player from re-registering for the duration of the exclusion period.

kp98 urges any player who is experiencing difficulties with their gambling to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform and to seek support from relevant resources. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment — never as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

9 Privacy & Data

kp98 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at kp98.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account on kp98, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kp98 will use your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and, where you have consented, promotional communications. kp98 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of delivering the kp98 service (for example, payment processors, identity verification services, and game certification authorities), subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

All player data stored by kp98 is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. kp98 employees and contractors with access to player data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kp98 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video, is the property of kp98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any kp98 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from the kp98 platform without the prior written consent of kp98 or the relevant rights holder. Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of data from the kp98 platform is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp98 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kp98 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if kp98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kp98's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your kp98 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kp98 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kp98 makes no representation as to the suitability of the platform or any game for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kp98's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

kp98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Violation of the fair gaming and integrity rules set out in Section 7;
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions as described in Section 5;
• Your request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions;
• Any regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where your account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms or fraud, kp98 will return any verified withdrawable balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.

You may close your kp98 account at any time by contacting the kp98 support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. You remain responsible for any pending bets or transactions at the time of the closure request.

13 Amendments

kp98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kp98 will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material changes may be made without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the kp98 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kp98 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of any dispute between you and kp98, you should first contact the kp98 support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. kp98 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the terms of kp98's gaming license, details of which are available on the About Us page.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent kp98 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
